    about David Findley

While spending his early childhood years on a farm in Northeast Missouri, David Findley would join his grandfather each morning for a before-sunrise breakfast.

The menu always included a final course: Neapolitan ice cream. “He got up at 4:30am,” says David, who in 2008 was ranked number 13 of all agents in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal. “If you’re going to get up that early, you should make it worthwhile and enjoy it.”

Findley’s breakfast meetings may not have unlocked all the secrets to success, but in his eyes provided an essential component to a thriving career: Enjoy it.

“The most important thing is the relationships I develop,” says David. “To me, it’s not just about the specific transaction; it’s about the relationship — always. My job is to represent the best interests of my clients.”
